v)  Use of the the Soccer121 fixed odds ratings is entirely at the individual Subscriber's own risk.

The Service

i)  The Service is that of a 'Pay per View' subscriber based football statistics information service. For the consideration of fees paid the Subscriber shall be given access to the latest fixed odds ratings for all Premiership and Championship football matches to be played within the defined period. These ratings shall be made available as a standard Excel spreadsheet file as soon as the Subscriber's on-line payment has been verified.

ii)  The Excel spreadsheet must be downloaded within 48 hours of payment.

Pay per View Subscription

i)  All subscribers to the 'Pay per View' service must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age.

Third Party Sites

i)  This website contains links to sites maintained by parties other than the Service Providor . These links are provided to increase the information available to users of this site and the Service Providor  accepts no responsibility in respect of the accuracy, timeliness or suitability of the information contained on those sites. The inclusion of a link to a third party site does not constitute an endorsement of that site by the Service Providor .

The Law of these Terms and Conditions

i)  These Terms and Conditions and any membership accepted shall be governed and construed in all respects in accordance with English Law and the Client accepts the jurisdiction of the English courts but without prejudice to the right of the Service Provider to bring proceedings in the courts of any state in which the Client carries on business.
